- Change the structure, features, or availability of rewards and offers
- Remove or add affiliate partners, brands, and merchants

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
5. Affiliate Marketing Disclosure
PerkHub participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we earn commissions from affiliate networks and merchants when you make purchases through our platform.
How Affiliate Marketing Works:
- When you click on offers, deals, or links in PerkHub, you may be redirected to third-party merchant websites or applications

6. Cashback & Reward Terms

Cashback Tracking Process:

- Pending: The transaction is awaiting validation by the merchant

Cashback May Be Rejected or Cancelled If:
- Your order is cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded (fully or partially)
- You use coupon codes, promo codes, or discount codes that are not listed on PerkHub
- You use VPNs, ad blockers, incognito/private browsing modes, or browser extensions that interfere with tracking
- You open multiple tabs, browsers, devices, or apps before completing your purchase
- You do not complete the purchase in a single uninterrupted session
- Cookies are disabled, deleted, or blocked during the transaction
- The merchant or affiliate network flags the transaction as invalid, fraudulent, or suspicious
- You violate the merchant's terms and conditions
- The product or category is excluded from cashback eligibility
- Payment is made using unauthorized payment methods
Additional Terms:
- Tracking may fail due to technical issues beyond PerkHub's control
- Cashback rates and eligibility can change at any time without prior notice
- You are responsible for ensuring proper tracking by enabling cookies and avoiding tracking interference
- PerkHub's decision regarding cashback status is final and is based on feedback from affiliate networks and merchants
- Disputed cashback claims must be raised within 90 days of the transaction date
7. Brands, Categories & Cashback Exclusions
Not all brands, products, or categories offer cashback. Certain purchases may be excluded from cashback eligibility.
Common Exclusions Include:

- Orders placed using unauthorized payment methods

- Merchants may change cashback policies, rates, or exclusions at any time without prior notice
- PerkHub has no control over merchant decisions regarding cashback eligibility
- PerkHub is not responsible if a brand or merchant chooses not to offer cashback on your purchase

8. Rewards, Coins & Wallet
Earning Rewards:

Consequences of Termination:

- All rewards, coins, and wallet balance may be forfeited
- You will not be entitled to any compensation or refunds
- You may be permanently banned from creating new accounts
